I'm not impressed!
I felt the facility was standard and adequate. but I didn't like the low level of security. In late January on a Monday I went to the facility.The main gate wasn't working and was completely open for anyone to drive in. No repair personnel or vehicles any where in sight. I thought maybe they were waiting for them to arrive. I returned 2 days later on Wednesday, and the gate was still broken and completely open. Again, no repair personnel in sight. Also, I don't think it's very secure that all the exterior doors leading into the building open with the same code, a very simple to figure out 1-3-5. And the door that I used to access the building never closed completely by itself.

The manager was very pleasant until I signed the contract. Upon moving in I wanted to use the 2 available moving carts. I was told I could only use one cart/dolly as per customer policy even though it was 1/2 hour before closing and the second cart remained locked up and unused. I was also charged 20.00 for a three dollar lock, and the manager was very pushy with the up-sale items such as boxes, blankets, bubble wrap, moisture control devices, etc. I was also shocked that my 10x10 storage unit has no roof. Anybody can climb over the walls during off hours and rummage through my things. I'm stuck now because I'm not moving twice, but I would never use Public storage again.
