Lack of communication and information
Lack of communication. Called front desk the day before to confirm the reservation and if there was anything else I should know about the rental. They were busy and told me they will call me back. Employee didn't. I had to call back again later and to my surprise, they never shared all the hidden fees additionally to the rent. Administration fees, have to buy the lock they have, insurance...etc. This information needs to be shared when making a reservation. No excuses! I mentioned I'm trying to understand all these fees, an employee got annoyed and passed the phone to someone else and I was told, quote: "You don't have to rent here if you don't want to, these are the rules." Unfortunately for me, the moving truck and employees were already booked for the next day. There is no time to change the plan on my end. I plan to be there for a few months, if the attitude doesn't change, I'm taking my business somewhere else.
