The website is very easy to use
The website is very easy to use (and loads quickly from page to page.) You put in your zip code and it immediately pops up a list of facilities that are within a few miles. From there you can shop sizes of units available & their cost, including administrative fees. I would definitely use this site again.

This was so easy to see all of the storage units available the prices and if they had one month free! Great resource would definitely use again and tell a friend. So convenient too !

Do not expect a call back from the storage facility
The sparefoot rep was very helpful. However I have reached out to the storage facility and have not received a return call or followup. I was forced to complete everything online.
