very Friendly and reasonable.
We called around and When we got them on the phone we were sold just because of how nice and friendly they were the price was a pleasant surprise.

Great customer service
The Colony staff have always been polite, friendly and courteous. They will always work with you. Didn't like not being notified ot monthly renal fee without being notified. Property can be cleaned. Suggest some garbage cans located around property so renters can deposit refuge in can be grounds. I do recommend to others who ask me.
