Bettsy was amazingly helpful, courteous and professional!
I experienced a few issues with the reservations that was annoying! I reserved a unit I liked and then it seemed like the reservation timed out and I lost the unit! That was extremely frustrating but in the end it all worked out.

Good Experience
Over all it was a good experience. I have 2 units and I'm happy with the service,but I feel like they could give a slight discount for second unit or multiple units. That would be more encouraging to get multiple units.

Can't really say because it was a stressful day for me. But it went well.

Misrepresented dimensions.
Rented a 5x10, got a 5x9 instead as they appear to measure outer dimensions, not the actual amount of storage space available to you.
