Managers are very rude
Moving in, from the start, has been one problem after another! I made my reservation over the phone and was told that "use of the truck was free, just pay $19 for insurance and replace the gas I used, and they would hold the truck for me." When I got there, no truck, and that it should be there in the morning. So I had to change plans.
The next morning the truck was there, only now I needed insurance in order to rent it. The $19 was for their insurance! Change of plans #2. After asking a friend if he would provide his insurance and being told that he was driver #2, your managers started hollering at me for returning the truck and not my friend (my wife used his car to run errands while we moved and was at the phone store across the street at the time). Since then I have been told I have 7 days to move out because I have been spending too much time in my unit. The reason we had to get a storage unit was because of a flood in our apartment building and had very very little time to gather what we could, we lost all of our furniture, the majority of our clothes got wet and needed washing, plus I needed to go through everything we have left in this world, to organize it in a way that's easy to access. Because we have a 5 x 10 I have to constantly remove and replace boxes, all of which takes time, more than the 1hour I was told I I had when going to my unit! Because I have bee left homeless from the flooding I need to access my unit on a daily basis. I haven't bothered anyone nor have I been in anyone's way, so why am I being harassed by your managers and told my contract has been terminated?
