  Very professional, helpful staff! I recently rented a unit and had the pleasure of meeting with Helen. She was very informative and personable. The storage units appear to be clean and well kept.

  Excellent customer service!

  ZoeAnn provided exceptional customer service! On the day of our appointment, the weather was bad. She called us early in the day and worked with us to move up our appointment. ZoeAnn was very welcoming and knew other renters by name. ZoeAnn was very knowledgeable about the facility, i.e., hours of operation, gate codes, insurance, etc. She is a definite asset to Edina Public Storage. I will definitely use this facility again.
