Very friendly and personable employees. Storage unit not nearly half as hot as I thought it would be for not being climate control. Wish I knew of this place sooner!! Only downside is the parking situation and where the key lock is located. Def recommend.

the employee working there the day I arrived was helpful and patient.
I wish there was a light in the storage and some sort of cooling vent but overall, I hope all will be okay. The employee who helped me get set up was friendly and professional. Thanks!

Disappointed customer
I was told one thing when signing up with the representative and then when I got to the office I was dealing with a rude young lady. I was upset from the representative and the desk technician made my experience with your company worse. I am a property manager and have lots of properties. Word of mouth, referrals, friends and family and I am sad to say I will not put your name out there. Disappointed customer. :( I hope others got treated better and respectfully.
