Property manager was friendly and helpful.
Storage unit door needed repairs. Unit needs cleaning. However, I was told both issues would be addressed prior to my arrival on the 20th.

I would suggest that our rates are some of the lowest in the marketplace. We had 10x12 and 10x24 units available when you picked out the 6x8 space. If after comparison shopping for a better value, you decide that you have found another option, I will provide you with a full refund of your first months prorated rent and your first complete months rent.
