Friendly greeting, courteous knowledgeable staff person. My only request would be that they extend the hours of operation, otherwise great.

The people were helpful. After a long trip across 4 states. I needed help storing? all my things and they are right down the street from where I'm staying. I didn't however get the " first month for $1.00" like I had been told I would!!!??? WTH!? Instead I paid $137.00! WHY? Give me money back!

The staff at the Everett store were very receptive to our needs, specifically, Shantae who was very helpful in what my needs were and the importance of the individual units that were available to me.
