Great units, understaffed.
Must have very speific lock, in order to rent unit. If you don't have one they sale it for 20 USD. Very competent staff person helped me. Howeverm they only have one person working at the time, should have at least one more person working, specially as it was end of the month.

The unit and facility are all wonderful, just a bit out of town, and the cost dropped by half!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very patient..lol
Customer service, EXCELLENT. Place was very clean. Prices a little lower than surrounding storage places. The only thing that could use a update is the hours. I think you should have access until 11pm.

Pleasant Staff - Unit smaller than advertised
Had a great check in, staff was very pleasant and everything went smoothly. Unit is smaller than advertised though, my 5x10 is actually 4.5x8.75.
