The owner is awesome he walked me threw everything gave me directions and was very nice and easy to work with

Prices are a little cheaper than others, management sometimes not available
This facility needs to have someone on site until they figure out a way to not be there. Instructions for getting in and out of the security gate were not explained fully. Location of code boxes were not explained fully. I had to crawl through the fence to get out. Looking at a unit was a little difficult as no one was available. I had to communicate through a phone to get access. It was difficult until I received the owner's personal telephone number. This information needs to be printed out or available online.

Hi Damean, We are sorry for your experience. We have been waiting for our signs for months due to supply chain issues and this would have eliminated any chance for confusion as far as where to go to find the exit keypad. When we were on the phone I explained that due to the time of day and short notice I would be unable to personally meet you there to show you the unit and clear any snow that may be in front of the door. We do everything in our power to accommodate both prospective and current tenants and our phone lines are open until midnight 7 days per week.
