Good experience
The lady was very kind,friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and is working well for me. The cost was affordable and conviently located. When I called the conversation was clear concise and the details were laid out well. It was a very good experience!

Easy to work with and a great experience
The reservation process was super simple and move-in was seamless! We were shown the unit before having to pay, which was really nice, and they offer additional insurance for a low cost just in case (which is optional). Very please with the whole experience!

The person who greeted us at the facility was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Made the process smooth.

Excellent customer service, easy rental, very clean facility
We were able to walk in and secure a climate-controlled storage space within 30 Min. The representative walked us through the facility and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Move in started same day.
