Mixed response.....
I was referred by a family member, it is in a convenient location. The paper work was prepared ahead of time since I was on a time crunch. I had come in a couple days early to save a space. It was never mentioned that the free moving truck did not have a ramp to load and unload easily. Of course it was not noticed until I pulled up to my house I was moving from. Then once loaded the truck would not start and I had to jump it with my own car. Once at the storage site, we realized that the storage space was too small, but there was not a bigger one to move in to. Once we unloaded the first load, the truck died again and we had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to change the battery after we were told that the battery had been recently changed. It was a moving day from hell. All in all, it was too late for me to find another facility on a Sunday afternoon. So I am going to have to stick it out there.....I do not have the financial means to move all my stuff again. The lady working that day really felt sorry for the day and was very apologetic but the other lady who I guess was the owner did not once apologize for the inconvenience.
