The lock they didn't remove
I rented a unit on 1/4. I was asked if I needed the lock removed so I can move my stuff in. Told her that I did plan on coming back that night to drop off at the new unit 2267. Something came up and I wasn't able to come back until 1/9. I loaded up my van and drove to the facility. Unloaded some of my stuff to the cart, went to the unit I rented and there was a lock on it. This was at 8pm at night so I went back down and unloaded the cart and unload my van back at the house. I called the facility on 1/10 and said it was my fault that I didn't come up there during business hours and have them remove the lock so I could put mine in. I was never told that I had to do that, I don't know the policies if no one tells me. Also, I am not able to come up there during the week as I work and my drive does not allow me to be there during those hours. When I called she told me that they said I had to be there when they removed their lock so I can put mine in. Again, it was my fault, not the facility. I was never told this and am extremely upset I had to pack the van, drive II there, just to find a lock on it.
