Quick and easy
I began by making a reservation by phone. It was through a third party but the representative was still very friendly and very patient and throroughly answered my 101 questions. I showed up to the storage facility within an hour of the phone reservation and began moving my things into the unit within 15 minutes. The rep on site was just as friendly and answered my additional questions graciously. They even offer auto payments which is super convenient. I wish the 5x5 unit was less than $50 all year but $69 including insurance is not bad i guess.

The staff are helpful and the prices are good. Just wish hours were a little longer. And access to the carts were still available outside of office hours or by reservation or something.
