Amy was very kind. She took the time to walk me around to different units to find the perfect fit for my needs. I would give 5 stars but I wasn't given the first month discount because my spouse rented a shed about 6 weeks prior to me renting MY shed. Different names, different accounts but they wouldn't give me the discounted first month. Kind of not fair I feel. But...Amy tried to apply it.

Poor customer service
The manager was 90 minutes late to meet me, she left as soon as she got my money, I had to drive around back by myself and find my numbered spot and someone else was parked in it. It took another 90 minutes to reach someone to help me that wasn't nasty about how there was nothing they could do to help me.
