  I made the reservation online, I received no less than 3 phone calls from their employees confirming my appointment and to see if I had any questions. When I arrived, I was taken care of very efficiently. I will say to be aware of the box sales, their prices are double what you can buy boxes for at Home Depot or U-haul. I was shown the unit I rented and did not buy their lock because my friend had one already she was going to give to me. When I went back I realized the unit would not work due to access (I have a trailer I need to back in to the unit). I went and with little trouble they were able to find a unit that works much better for my circumstances. I am very happy with the service and product.

  I had an awesome experience here! The customer service was exceptional, and all of my questions were answered. Jay was knowledgeable about the property and very helpful in suggesting alternative storage units. Thank you Jay and everyone else who helped make my decision easier to rent from public storage!

  There's some spiders but if your stuff is in plastic tubs its fine. Other than that its kept very clean.
