  Clean, well-managed storage facility!

  I used the on-line reservation system to reserve a storage space. Paperwork was waiting for me to complete when I arrived on the day of the reservation. Staff showed me the assigned space, and verified it was an appropriate size for my storage needs. The paperwork and facility tour required less than 30 minutes of my time, after which I was all set to begin loading up contents into the storage space. The site is well maintained and secure, and all the staff I met both friendly and professional.

  Just OK

  Honestly, this is the best bet in town for the price. However, it's always packed when I go in there and there aren't enough people working. The unit we got has a defective, old door, so it takes us 5 minutes of moving it this way and that for the latch to actually connect. It's literally half the price of their competitors, though, so that's good.
