  I think the 50% discount for the first...

  I think the 50% discount for the first month is great! I only wish that the customer service rep knew more about the locks for the units. I bought my own lock from Home Depot after she said it would work just as well as the locks Public Storage sells. It didn't and was too large. The lock was stuck, I couldn't get it open. The rep had no idea how to help me. I had to return the next day so the manager could help me. The manager used W40 to get the lock off but I had to buy a lock from Public Storage. So I wasted money on the first lock. I'm glad the manager was knowledgeable and solved my issue quickly! Everything else has been fine since then.
