Ashley was a great help in setting up exactly what I needed. Professional, kind and knowledgeable. The facility had what I needed and seems to have all security measures in place.

Decent
No issues. Just didn't have the exact space available that I needed. However it worked out fine.

Faulty gate
I tried a few weeks ago to get inside to check on my items that were stored and the gate was broken. There was a couple sitting and waiting to get in to no avail as well. Not sure how it needs to be handled if and when you have problems with your gate but I think at least a note should have been posted as to who could be called or contacted in case it was an emergency and someone needed something of importance out of their unit.

AC Units not working?
The site manage was excellent, facility is clean and neat. Two issues, I am paying extra for a climate controlled unit and I don't believe either ac unit is working, mid 90's and never running and no signs of condensation at the coils, unlike other units on site, resulting in potential damage to my stored items and excess storage charges. I would like someone from outside the franchise location to verify effective operation. Also, I was charged $40 for two custom locks, that I can never reuse and the location does not recycle/refund, Please contact me, Scott Cornell, 248-224-1469, thanks.
