  Very helpful and friendly staff.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Only complaint is most of the lights are out in the hall outside my unit which makes us very dark even during the day .

  Finding what I needed and pre check in...

  Finding what I needed and pre check in was easy. My facility was gracious and patient when I changed my unit size, twice. They were professionally friendly when I arrived to check in. I'm confused about continuing payment. However, I will be calling them tomorrow.
