  I had a GREAT experience with Carolyn today. She is bright friendly and extremely helpful. The prices are perfect and I will recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to come to this location.

  Great customer service

  Carolyn (Harwood Heights property number 27501) has helped my family twice. Both times she has shown exceptional customer service. She is reasonable and very patient. I like that she talks with a smile. It made us feel genuinely welcome. I am happy that my family chose this property for our storage needs.

  Carolyn is wonderful! Very helpful! Storage facility is clean and well lit. Always secure. The only issue I have is public storage raised the cost of the unit by more than double at the beginning of the year.
