  Madison is the store Manger who was off the day I moved in and Angie was there she was very professional and helpful in getting me in my unit I really appreciate it and when Madison came back she checked with me too make sure everything was OK. Thank PS I appreciate everything you have done.

  Excellent customer service!

  I went to the one on the Mission Blvd in Hayward and the lady at the counter, Dawn, helped me with the process without a glitch. She was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone.

  The attendant - she said she might become the sight manager but I am not sure what her name is - was AWESOME! SO friendly, helpful and patient
