No respect to customer
I rented a storage 10x20 from this place to store business materials . When I signed the contract I asked the manager (I believe his name is Carlos) to make sure invoice will be sent to my office for payment . When I came a month later to pickup something from the storage ..I was told by the manager that I am late by few days and I can't get my stuff . I told the manager that we never got the invoice ,so he told me he sent the invoice via email . I gave the manager my CC to pay and to my surprise he charged me access of $70 as penalty ! When I protest and ask to talk to his manager he ordered me to leave the place .when I told him I need my stuff ...and I won t leave without talking to his manager he called the police on me . I will not come back to this place ever ! And I won't recommend anyone to rent a place at this location .I will do my best to let the comunity knows what kind of people safe gourd amployee at their Hewlett location .there are many good storage place around this aria avoid this one !!!!!!! To safe gourd I would say, get a new manager !!!
