It was quick and easy
I'm very pleased with the service. I was able to access my storage unit without any contact. Also, this particular location is open until 11pm.

Property Good...Customer Service Not So Good
I have been a customer of this facility for about a year and a half. I have actually increased the size of my storage twice. This property is extremely clean, secure, and well-kept. I have been very satisfied with the service received at the property itself. No complaints with the storage facility at all. This last experience with their customer service was horrendous! My conversation with Abigail was challenged because she refused to listen. She had a questionable attitude when I had to clarify why she was asking for the information she already had because I was an existing customer. She also claimed not to have access to information when I knew what was possible since I had already changed units before! It just wasn't good and I was upset because I believed that I deserved to be treated as a paying customer with respect.

They told me the price wood be 49 dollars I end up pay 83 dollars

Place us nice n clean needs more security.
