Room for improvement
I reserved a spot in the morning as I needed a place to put my trailer. I spent all day getting my trailers out from where I always storing them prior to public storage. I got to your facility after 6 pm only to find that there was no way I'd be able to get my trailer in the spot given. I called the number I had called that morning, explained the situation, was told to hold and he woukd transfer me to the right department..about 20 minutes later someone answered and couldn't help and asked me to hold so I could get transfered again. There goes another 20 minutes at least. When I finally dis get to a person that could help it was very difficult to understand what she was saying as her English wasnt the best.so another 20 minut3s in the phone trying to fix the problem.she found another spot for me, I got charged another dollar for transferring something that wasn't my fault,
I found the space she gave me and finally after over another hour in my long day dropping the trailer and securing it, this whole process took approx an hour and a half of my time which I was TRYING to avoid, that why I wanted to set it up that morning. I am thankful the last person I spoke with was able to find another space even though it took time.
This was my experience. There's lots of room for improvement so it doesn't happen to someone else.
