I found my unit clean but in need of repairs the part was bent that the lock goes in and the door did not raise very smoothly and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door was non existent . The number of the unit was on the bottom of the door that made it hard to see which unit is which the number should be at the top so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easily seen and the number pad to Open the gate is so low itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s impossible to reach without having to get out of your car to put in the numbers
