Good Customer Service, Poor Ground Upkeep
Alana did a fabulous job of helping us move in. Unfortunately, the grounds weren't properly shoveled, and there were some issues because of unkempt snow banks.

The storage unit still had some stuff ...
The storage unit still had some stuff in it from the previous owner and its inconvenient that ther are no lights to assist in the actual unit.
