Hours accessible not convenient
I didn't realize until after I had already paid that the unit was only open until 2 on Saturday and not open at all on Sunday. Makes moving on the weekend a little difficult.

Overall this is a good place but wish their Saturday hours were longer.
If there was one suggestion I would have them extend the Saturday hours. I don't need 24 hour access but was very surprised that they closed at 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Good unit overall | Bad hours | Low security
The storage unit was very large and clean and the staff was very friendly, but the hours are terrible though!! They close the gates at 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays. After these hours, you can't access your unit. They are also closed on Sunday. Security is kind of loose. I was never asked to show any identification or proof that I even rented a unit with them. I simply walked in and said "hey I have a unit in the last door here on the left. Can you unlock it for me," and I was handed a key to get into the halls, where I could have easily cut locks off of units and stollen valuables if I were a criminal. Oh yeah, and there were no cameras anywhere onsite that I could see. But as far as I know, nobody has broken into any units or stollen anything so I guess they don't feel the need for a ton of security...
