Need electrical outlets in the units

Friendly people easy to move in big door everything was good except I thought they should have electrical outlets in each unit

Lynne was wonderful! Helped us right away explained everything and showed us the storage units with no issues. Lynne has excellent customer service.

Customer service has customers in mind!!!

I talked to a representative at the location I rent my storage. I was charged a late fee due to a alert and auto payment that was not working properly. She mentioned to me that the late fee can not be waived even if it was just a day behind. This was very disappointing to hear. I made the full payment with late fee and emailed Pulic Storage. The customer service representative reviewed my concerns and gave me a credit for the late fee. This shows me that this company is reputable and understands their customers. Not only about the business. Thank you.
