Need a different initial on line contact system
The only thing I disliked was my initial call where I spoke with people with limited English who new nothing about the area I lived. You'd be better off just having a completely computerized response that who just generate maps of locations near you or the place you're moving to.

The manager on duty was super nice and helpful. Showed me all the units I wanted to see and helped me pick the right one I needed. Helped me set everything up and I moved in that day!
