  Erica is a Tremondous Manager& a very nice & friedly too.

  I Have been a tenant at 6460 n, Lincoln in Lincolnwood IL. for several months now & during that time I have been helped by& talked to Erica& here staff such as MONICA, QI, & several of her other employees on several occasions& have always been treated professionally& kindly every time I had any contact with Erica& her staff. Thank-You

  I like the security entry and ease to...

  I like the security entry and ease to get in and out. I wish the carts were available all hours instead of just when the office is open. Also, the back elevator has been out of order, would be great if that could be fixed...

  Nice and clean, friendly staff, but pay attention to the fine print.

  This is a clean facility with friendly staff but make sure you know all of their terms and conditions ahead of time. Your unit isn't reserved completely until you've been to the facility and paid, and you must show up at least 30 minutes before close to complete your unit rental. If you pay attention to all of the fine print, this is a good and cost effective place to use for storage.
