Great price and customer service!!
I went to Simplified Storage for the price (cheapest I found in the area) and am very happy I did. I made a reservation and was contacted by the company shortly after to inquire if I had any questions or needed help with anything. I found them to be very responsive to my questions and needs. The kiosk they have for renting a unit is a first for me, and was very easy to use. I had a unit within about 10 minutes and could move in immediately. The units themselves are in excellent condition and very clean. I highly recommend Simplified Storage!

Easy to set up.
The automated sign in booth on site allows choosing and renting a unit without delay. I needed to get a space and I got one without an appointment. No delay. Fast and efficient. The driveway entry point off the highway needs snow markers in the winter. The paving drops off abruptly. An application of cold patch would make the turn smoother, better for a loaded vehicle.

Kiosk worked well. Screen a little hard to see and fonts may need to be better seen. Facility was in good shape and at a fair price. Time will tell how I like it long term.
