Smooth as Silk
I had been renting a unit at another storage facility when I moved out of state. They raised my rent two consecutive months in a row, and more than doubled my rent per month, not to mention I never received notice of the second increase. I took two days off work, came back to Colorado, and couldn't get into my unit. Apparently it was a computer glitch, but that was the final straw. Oh, and this was on my birthday. Not that that's a huge thing but it was the icing on cake. I had made a reservation with Mini U Storage, just in case, and I'm so glad I did. Location is convenient, views are spectacular, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me because I was seriously stressed out. They put a cart for me to use by the door, made sure there were door stops so I could easily bring my belongings in to the unit. I'm very happy with everything about this transition to Mini U Storage.

I had to change my move in date a couple times. They were very accomidating. Was able to use their truck to move. It worked out great.

Great staff, great units, great location, great prices!
Debbie and Walt were so helpful and friendly. I am renting two units - one small climate controlled and a larger one for general items. I feel safe going over there too. The units were very clean and easy to load things into. I goofed and locked one of my units in the open position - not the way they showed me. They immediately called to let me know what I had done. I can't believe they even noticed it. I am so happy that I found Mini U and whole=heartedly recommend them.
