Staff is very friendly though.
The prices are too high and I'm not satisfied with the fact that I have to buy separate insurance to make sure my items or should cure from theft this should be something then is guaranteed

I read on the receipt that I received after purchasing a lock from your company that I had 30 days to return items in good/same condition. I located a lock that at I had previously purchased so when I went into the Long Beach Cherry Storage facility I informed that they did not accept previously purchased locks because they didn't know where they had been or used. Why do you state you can return items if it is a selected item/s? That is a misleading statement. Please notify me of your findings in this matter at your earliest convenience.

After a recent rental of a second space...
After a recent rental of a second space in the same facility, I was not given the promotion because I'm already renting a space so I had to pay full price. Thinking it was going to be a deal, I was disappointed not getting the rebate. Now yesterday I received an email that my first rental space is raising the price by 36.00dollars. I been there for aliitle over two years. The price is getting pricy and will have to make alternatives soon. It's crazy but it's business.
