ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
As a return customer the way I have been treated by the facility managers at this location has been absolutely despicable. I rented here previously in 2022 and left after leaving the area for a couple months. No issues. I have no idea what happened to this staff but the people that work there now are passive aggressive, lazy, and downright disagreeable. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such contempt from any staff member at any Trojan storage location EVER. And my error? Apparently even though the storage supposedly has office hours until 6 pm a staff member called me and begged me not to come in after 5pm (when I get off) because “there wouldn’t be enough time to process the paperwork”. So I’m like okay I’ll come Saturday. And they say sorry, we only honor your reservation for four days. And I’m like really? Then as soon as my hold expires on Wednesday they raise the price by $200. So I try to make a new reservation for a smaller unit now that I’ve been priced out of the 10x15- and finally it’s Saturday. I go to the office and say hey, I made a new reservation. They’re like under who? I give my name and they snicker and reply “yeah we canceled that, we’re not going to rent you a unit” and laugh to each other. I’ve never seen such disgusting behavior by employees. The management here must be nonexistent. Sad. Because I really enjoyed my previous lease here. Management must be reduced to hiring bottom of the barrel.
