Customer Service / Location Contacts/ Pricing
I chose public storage for the great pricing and location. YET! There are some hiccups that need to be fixed! When telephoning any of the locations you receive a recording system and routed to the location you need, NO One ever answers.When you need to discuss anything with someone NO One ever answers, you literally have to drive to the location to speak to someone which is an inconvenience for sure. I finally got a hold of someone through the 800# and was told they don't answer the phones on site. When someone needs to get a hold of me they call from the location, so i don't understand why there is a customer service representative sitting at a location and not answering the telephone. When my rent was raised I was told over head, maintenance repairs, etc. So basically I am paying for someone to sit in a location for 8 hours a day and hope someone stops by to rent a unit. Raising the rent in the midst of winter was not a right thing to do especially when you had a long standing paying customer. When I asked about a long term agreement that was not an option. I just think the customer should come first and take care of the paying, dependable, reliable customers.
