Move in hassle
Reserved ahead of time. No one at counter on move in day. Waited around in the rain for 30 minutes. Called every public storage phone number I could find to try to complete move in and get gate code. Was passed around multiple times then finally routed back to the front desk of the place I was standing outside of. No one answered. I could not complete on line registration because the only payment option was via bank account and routing number. Which I did not have memorized. Why couldn't I just use a card??

I appreciate the help staff provided. They were friendly, courteous and personable. Even tried up finde a better deal and place closer up home
