Nice New Facility, Kind Staff
This is a nice new facility near The Mall of New Hampshire offering competitive rates and extended access hours (0600 - 2200). The building is clean, the service friendly. Optional automatic bill pay and/or pay online, option to allow another person access to the unit, and option to allow the facility to receive mail for tenants. As they only opened recently (within the last month or so), most of the units are empty. Another tenant was moving in the day I was and complained about a drop-off between the first floor and the parking lot loading zone - only about an inch, but it makes dolly use difficult because hauling it up that inch when loaded is rough; the manager immediately called higher to sort it out, and they are expecting a fix this week. She had an excellent response and response time, and she followed up to share the status when she next saw us. I have two complaints, both minor. First, the company requires new tenants bring a physical copy of the insurance (declaration or other proof thereof), which was not mentioned before my arrival resulting in a second trip. (I brought a digital copy and the customer service rep verbally wagged her finger at me repeatedly: I should have known I needed a physical copy.) Second, despite all the open spaces and the huge facility, I didn't get to select my space; I was placed in a distant unit very far away from the access points, cargo elevator, and office. (Simply put, why?)

Pam is amazing
Move in was good except that the freight elevator broke on our second trip and we had to carry everything upstairs that was not ok.

Clerk was very inattentive.
Didn't walk me to my locker, had to search for it. Didn't give me any instructions for the lift, and the door on the lift sticks and I needed to yank on it to open it.
