Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hoping that the closing hours of the storage could be more to it, I mean more hours. This a little compliant it that wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t interfere in my overall thoughts of the storage. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a good place.

Bad CS, but clean
Overall I would still recommend it. CONS: The few times I've needed the office personnel was the worst. Opt for contactless registration and your good. Missing trash cans around the property; carry your trash with you. PROS: Much cleaner than other facilities and secure. Generally, there are around 6 dollys available. Garge gates, sliding doors, and elevators work with your access codes. Online payments are easy.

They don't honor online promos or really have a free truck to use
When I went to look at the unit, I was impressed with the facility and the amenities they have. Spareroom had put a hold on the unit for me, and after I saw it, they emailed me the contract. We also discussed use of the truck to move in (advertised as free) and they reserved it for me. The manager was lovely. When I went to sign it, I looked back at the listing for the unit to see if there was a promo code or something, as the units are advertised as 50% off first month. The unit price and that discount were no longer there since it was on hold. I asked them about it, but they then said this unit did not have the promo. Then they told me (for the first time) there was a fee to use the truck. I haven't moved anything in yet, but I feel like they aren't being honest already.
