New Storage
I reserved my unit ahead of time via online, as it was cheaper! I just went into the office, checked in with the manager, he went over everything with us, took us up to the unit to open it and make sure it was the proper size. We then went back to the office, finished up and paid. It was a pretty simple, fast and the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't like that you have to put a code in to get out. But other than that it's fine.

Staff is friendly and helpful
Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downsides are there is not 24 hour access for people with different schedules, and having to enter your code each time at multiple doors while moving heavy/unstable loads. All-in-all good location, decent price, clean property, friendly & helpful staff.

Quick and easy to get into a unit. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don't like being forced to buy insurance and being required to buy their lock, but overall a good experience so far.
