POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
VERY UNHAPPY SO FAR! I paid for 24 hour access when I moved in 5 day's ago and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! It's been 5 day's since I moved in and my friend and I BOTH let the manager know SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIME'S SINCE I MOVED IN and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT! I had to leave my dryer outside of the gate 4 nights ago but it was still on the property because I thought I had 24 hour access since I had already paid for it and I didn't get to the storage unit with my dryer until after hour's but I thought I can get it in because I have 24 hour access but that wasn't true so I had to leave my dryer on the property by the office and when I went back to get it someone had stolen it and the manager informed my friend and I that he doesn't know how to work the security camera's. I went to storage tonight again after hour's and I STILL DON'T HAVE 24 HOUR ACCESS! This is absolutely ridiculous and I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AGAIN IN THE MORNING. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
