Polite crew ....need later access hours for people with jobs but other than that loved service and fees reasonable and

Its been a decent move so far
I needed to move in a hurry and found this storage unit on the top of the internet broswer. Called them and went to look at the unit and got a space. The staff was good, the facility was very clean. The outside starage units that had easy access cost more. So I got one on the inside. Its is climate controlled and costs less. It was easy to access the two elevators and go to my unit on the second floor. Complaints: The AC unit in the building didn't seem to be to cold around 75-80 degrees but felt much better that outside. found the main gate out unattended last night, and the stoage facility does not have 24 hour access. only 6am to 9pm hard to move these hours. over all so far okay. lots of fees to move in sign up fee, lock fee, deposit, insurance, taxes. make sure you are aware of these fees before you rent. Also I feel that even though they gave me half off the first month rent the unit seemed a little more expensive compared to other units. im around 150.00 month and I didn't even get the bigger unit. this classroom score this place a c plus or b minus for a grade. one week in the unit.

great handling a uhaul
i was surprised at the good condition my stuff was when i pulled it out. the only thing that was annoying was the position of the security gates at this Sorrento facility. when you pull in you have to get out of your car to access the3 gate.

The store clerk was very rude
The store clerk was very rude. I did my reservation on line to speed up the store process, and I still had to do everything all over again. What was the purpose doing it on line? It did not save me time, and the store clerk needs to have a little more training in u-haul rental and customer service. Nevertheless I will never rent from this location again nor will I recommend anyone to this location.
