  In the middle of the pre-hurricane madness, Lourdes Arais greeted me warmly and walked me through the unit and the procedure. She was terrific. I would most definitely recommend this Public Storage location.

  I was renting here for 3 years. Everyone I interacted with in the office has been very helpful. Lourdes has been exceptionally. I recently moved out and forgot my key. She was resourceful and directed me to local locksmith saving me a lot of time and money. Sandra was professional and courteous. Both took pride in their work. Super customer service.

  Great service! We transferred our goods to a smaller unit. Lourdes helped us find a suitable unit very close to our existing unit and quickly processed the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier! Thanks

  Sandy was awesome. She did a great job for being a fairly new employee. Your online system to signup is very well setup to follow up in person. Setting up your payments to automatic deduction was pretty simple also. Thank you!
