Pricing not what was quoted
My rating is not based on the level of service I was given, because the agent was exceptional. He explained everything to me in details and walked me through the entire process. However, when I started the processing of paying, I was charged an entire extra month for a mere 2 days, even though I had booked these dates online and was told specifically by the manger that this was perfectly fine to do and would not be charged. I rented the unit from June 1st through July 2nd. Unfortunately, my condo does not allow weekend moves and therefore I had to book the rental until Monday, July 2nd. Because I was also charged and entire month's rental for two days, I also had to pay the additional insurance for that month's rental. Essentially, a $40 unit turned into $136. I went ahead and paid for it because I had already moved out of my old condo and therefore did not have any other options.
