Local and Corporate are worlds apart
StorQuest corporate has a great deal to learn from the local personnel who are courteous, helpful, and professional. Some of the staff at the corporate office however, (I spoke with 1 woman and 2 men) need training in basic LISTENING and customer service. One of them should be outright dismissed from his duties because in my frustration, I cut the conversation short by saying “thank you, I will resolve this problem in some other way†and he in his authoritarian manner canceled my reservation so that my unit was no longer available. The local office saved the day! Thank you Alain ðŸ‘ÂðŸÂ¼
