  Positive Greeting

  Once entering the building... I was greeted with a positive "Hello and welcome to Public Storage" how can I help you.? At that very moment you have the feeling of a positive and professional atmosphere. My transaction and processing was run very smoothly and everything was explain very clearly and in a upbeat friendly tone. All of my concerns were answered. The facility was clean and well kept. I would recommend Public Storage.
