UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
I reserved my unit online; the following week I went to the physical store to pay and fill out the paperwork. I told the lady my moving date will be May 31st. She NEVER mentioned they would be closed on that Sunday (Easter Sunday). Don't get me wrong, I don't mind being off on a holiday, but Tell Me Please!!! Her duty was to informed and they failed.
That Monday, which they were open, I kept leaving messages after messages to the manager. She NEVER returned a single one of my phone calls, NOT ONE!!!!
Right now, I feel a huge distrust for this company. They are unreliable, irresponsible and have no notion of what customer service is about. They do not return calls and if you need help…you are on your own.
To this day, nobody has called me to even offer an apology for putting me through hell; but then again… Why should that be a surprise?
