I unloaded at 6pm Nov 30 there were no...lights
I unloaded at 6pm Nov 30 there were no lights on in my units row or any of the rows near me. It was foggy and drizzling. I had to use my car's lights . This is unacceptable. I will be moving out of this facility this week. My row doesn't even have a letter. Very unhappy. Stacy has been great but there is only so much she can do.

I rented a storage unit the first part...
I rented a storage unit the first part of February of 2019, paid at that time for 2 months to start. Bought a key for the unit from public storage, when the employee went with me to put it on, the door would not allow the lock to fit, the employee put the public storage cylinder lock back on and told me she would call and have her maintenance man to fix it the following week. When I called at the end of the following week to come and get the key so I could come and start putting things in the unit I had paid for, she said it was not fixed because her employee was cleaning up snow. So in order to use the unit, I would have to come only during office hours for them to come and take off the office key to use the unit. I work and that does not work for me. To cut to the chase, it is now March and I still don't have a key to the unit I am paying on. I have never had a call from the office, no updates, last Saturday my daughter went to put things in the unit for me (I am 70 years old) when they went to the unit, it was blocked because of lack of payment. Remember, I payed for February and March on day one. Back to the office, their mistake, still the unit is not fixed. I have already paid someone to put my things in the unit and don't feel like I should have to deal with this on going stress. I have been patient, but I am tired of such disrespect and irresponsible treatment. I will be owing again at the end of the month and still have not been given the key to use when the office is not open. I don't understand why this had not taken care of.
